A 22 year old named Vedant Patel was a freshman student and was found stabbed to death in his apartment. He was a honor roll student and everybody was devastated to see him leave. Gregory Dodds, 23, was charged wth the crime of killing him.

This is horrible. He didn't seem like he did anything to deserve this. I think Gregory Dodds, the person who killed Vedant Patel, should be sentenced to prision for a very long period of time.
Why would you do that to a innocent man? He sounds like a good guy I hope the Dodds dude gets life in jail!
Why would anyone do that. The kid just wanted get his education.
It's really sad when you see someone who really wants an importunity in life die. They are trying so hard to have a chance in life and it is just taken away from them.
I think the other guy that killed him did it for the attention or something. Cause why would you kill someone for no reason? Maybe the guy was jealous that the other guy was so smart and had a good looking future. I guess we'll never know what he was thinking.
Thats horrible, why would someone stab and kill Vedant. He seemed like a nice guy, makes you wonder what he did to get murdered like that.
This is really sad. Why did Gregory do this to him? It doesn't sound like Vedant did anything wrong. I feel very bad for Vedant Patel's family because i know the feeling of losing a loved one and it is one that is extremely terrible.
That is so sad. This kid seems like a good guy. I mean he had a great future coming for him. The person who killed Patel deserves to go to jail. Murder is just sad.
Anyone who is murdered that hasn't done anything wrong is shameful. The murdered should be sentenced to life in prison without parole. Parole is unjust to the family who's lost a loved one. Maybe the person was just jealous of his academic abilities
I heard the 22 year old Vedant was from India, and was an extremely smart man. This is so sad to hear that this innocent man was stabbed to death for no reason at all. Our world is messed up, thats all I have to say.
