On Tuesday November 8th 5 states will be voting to make weed legal those 5 states are California, Massachusetts, Maine, Arizona, and Nevada. Three other states are voting on medical marijuana half of the states already have medical marijuana. All but Massachusetts the 5 states that are voting to make marijuana legal plan to put a 10 to 15% tax on it. The reason why most states don't already have medical marijuana is that a some of the people that have used it and cant use it in the state they are in they would overuse the medical marijuana. With overusing marijuana which happens to much people can and do die from it.

I would only vote for medical marijuana if it helps the sick. Otherwise I do not like the use of it for drugs. I think most states don't have it because people will push it further than for just medicine.
