Everyone know how the President does his whole State of the Union Address, but what about the State of the State Address? Tonight Gov. Sam Brownback will deliver his to the citizens of Kansas. I dont even pay attention to the President's Address so if we had one for Iowa I wouldnt pay attention either. What do you think?
