Hey, Star Trek fans! Bad/Good news! Spock's gay. That's right. Over the weekend, actor Zachary Quinto has admitted to being openly gay his entire life. So, will this be apparent in the next Star Trek film, set for release in late 2012/summer 2013? Of course not! But, it sure is fascinating to know that Sulu from the original cast was gay and that Spock from the new cast is gay. Not to say that that bothers me, and it shouldn't bother anyone, but it sure is fascinating. Hmm.

I've watched Star Trek once or twice when it is the show. I don't know who Zach Quinto is exactly. I looked him up and I think i've seen him in a movie before or something.
That is very interesting i would not have known that until i saw this forum post. That just is really interesting i hope it doesn't affect the cast and how they act towards him. I hope everyting will be normal on the show. I guess we will have to see
