Jennifer Cramblett and her same-sex partner, Amanda Zinkon found out that Jennifer, who had been artificially inseminated at a sperm bank, was given the wrong sperm. Jennifer was told that there was a mix up at the sperm bank and that she was going to have an African america baby, after being told about the mix up Jennifer and Amanda took action and sued the sperm bank for making such a big mistake.
Do you think it is fair for these mothers to sue or not?

Very interesting story! Be sure to hyperlink correctly and you could have commented a bit more frequently as well.
I do because if it isnt the baby that they wanted to have then they need to fix the things up.
absolutely. why would you want a kid that isnt fully yours. That would make me very angry.
Yes, I would be so upset if I got the wrong sperm.
Yes I think it is perfectly fine for them to sue. If I choose how I wanted my child to look, the kid I'm going to have forever, I would want it to be what I picked not the complete opposite. Sue away mommas.
Yes, I agree that's a big mistake to make.
Yes, I think that it is fair for them to sue. They should not switch things like that. The women should be happy with the baby either way, but it was not smart of them to get that mixed up.
Yes. It was a simple mistake but it would have also been a simple thing to correct.
Yes. Everyone makes mistakes, but that kind of mistake would have taken an extra 2 minutes to double check and make sure they have the right sperms in the right places. That is there job, and if they can't do it right, they need to be called out for it.
Yes because its there fault they mixed it up they should be able to sue. Its not the mother fault they should be happy with the baby but still its there fault they should be able to sue them.
