On Friday March 25th, 2016 a man walked into the Iraqi soccer stadium, al-Shuhadaa, and blew himself up. He walked in wearing a suicide belt (belt with explosives) and blew himself along with others in the park. In his attack, he killed 25 people and injured at least 90 others. During this time, there was a ceremony that target the championship for the local soccer team. The United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq stated that this bombing was an act of terrorism made by Daaesh aka ISIS. We have heard all of the brutal attacks that are taking place over in Paris, but we have not yet heard of the several of the attacks that have occurred in the Middle East. Amanda Rogers,a researcher at Georgia State University states, "What we see with ISIS doing now is an escalation of what we saw al-Zarqawi do, targeting Muslims first and foremost, whether they're in the refugee of not."
Opinion:
I think that ISIS has gotten out of hand and that we should be taking extreme caution and measures when it comes to the terrorist organization. I feel like they have done so much harm to the countries across the Atlantic and not much is being done to put an end to it. It's horrible what happened to in the soccer stadium and something needs to change before attacks start occurring over here in the United States.

I think that we should send in troops. I don't want American men and women to have to fight, but ISIS is becoming a serious problem that needs to be dealt with sooner than later. What if they turn their attention towards America and an attack like 9/11 happens. I think other countries and the US need to get together to come up with a plan of attack and they need to wipe ISIS off the face of the over.
We need to just keep watching them and try to attack their main leaders. They probably try to plan attacks on them.
Do you think the United States and other countries will plan to send ground troops and other war machines to attack ISIS?
I think ISIS has gone way to far and needs to be stopped before they take out a huge event or a massive area in any country. I think that the U.S. needs to send troops over along with other countries and use the air force to bomb ISIS strong holds to slowly weaken them to nothing. If we do not do something ISIS will control a huge area and be a much tougher fight. I think our country needs to take a big role but we don't have to lead the attacks we just need to do them.
ISIS needs to be put to an end. I agree with you that the United States needs to send troops over. They have already bombed them but that has not worked.
ISIS has gotten way out of hand and must be stopped, with their growing popularity they are only getting stronger and stronger. I fell that all over the globe more security is needed to protect civilians from the attacks and more military force must be used across the globe to stop ISIS. More military force will be used and more security also. They will make everything more safe.
I think the US needs to send in troops. ISIS has gone too far and it's time that we stepped up. I think other countries should do the same. A bunch of countries should get together and take ISIS down together.

I'm so sick of hearing about ISIS all over the news. Something needs to be taken care of with them or they'll be the reason this world goes crazy. I think other countries should be careful and very safe when something like this happens.
