The teachers and principal who were killed in the Sandy Hook shooting will receive the 2012 presidential Citizens Medal.
I am glad they are getting recognized for their bravery, may they rest in peace. I just wish they knew what they accomplished.

Its still crazy to think that the how Sandy Hook shooting happened with all the conspiracy videos. Its truely an honor to the families of the ones who died to know that there son or daughter, wife or husband was brave enough to be in that school that day. I proud to know that people are that courageous to stand up for whats right. Everyone should show respect to the people affected by this.

I agree with you that these teachers deserve recognition for what they did! They were extremely brave for what they did and it is nice to know that the President himself is giving them what they so much deserve.
They are so honorable! I think they are the best ones to get one! They are true heroes!
It's sad that they had to be that brave, but at least their memory will never be forgotten now.
