Recently on TikTok, a video of Sienna Mae Gomez making out with unconscious Jack Wright has gone viral. Many would say it is sexual assault and many also say it was a video taken out of context. No matter what you believe doing something like that without consent is not right. Jack has recently come out with a video explaining everything that happened.
Jack and Sienna went to the same high school together. She used to date Jack's best friend so they knew each other pretty well. Sienna cheated on Jack's friend and they never really talk again. A few years ago Seinna and Jack becomes a member of the hype House. Sienna asks him to do a collab with her and he happily agrees. After a week or two, she starts to get touchy with him and tries to kiss him multiple times. He repeatedly tells her that he does not like her like that and that they are just friends.
As it goes on It gets worse and worse. She remembers the codes to get into his house and Jack explains how he has woken up in the middle of the night on many occasions to her in his bed with her hand on his crotch. After a while, he just got so used to it that he thought it was normal until his friends started to notice and told him that it was not okay. It even got to a point where he was laying in bed looking at his phone and she got on top of him naked after he told her to stop.
His friends then record a video at a party where Jack is passed out on the couch and she gets on top of him and starts to kiss him. They post the video and about a week or two later he posts his video explaining everything that happened. He talked about how multiple people have DM'ed him explaining how they went through a similar situation with her as well. Jack is completely devastated over this whole situation and he wishes that no one ever has to go through what he did.
As of now, Sienna Mae Gomez has faced no charges. She was taken off TikTok for 2 weeks and now she is back on TikTok posting nearly daily. People need to understand that what Sienna did was a horrible thing and she needs to be punished for what she has done.

If Jack wants to press changes he can, but if he doesn't she cannot be charged for sexual assault. If Jack doesn't want her to be punished nothing will happen because it's all on his word. I think what she did was horrible and she needs to learn from what she did.
Yes, I do think that Sienna Mae should definitely get charged with sexual assault since Jack did not give his consent for any of it and made it clear that he didn't like her like that. Since he didn't give consent and all of this was unwanted then I think she should get an actual punishment.
I agree that Sienna Mae should be charged with some kind of sexual assault because she should not be doing that to someone especially if they do not give consent for her to do that to him. They should do more to her than banning her from TikTok for 2 weeks because that is not a real punishment.
I think yes sienna should get charged and well be kicked off social platforms because what she did was sexual assault and that is wrong on so many levels
I think she should get something for it becasue it's not right after he had told her he didn't anything to happen like that. Yet, she still did especially after he's not even consious! She should jsut be banned for good off tick tok I think. It's not right for her to do those things, it's stalking!
I think that Sienna Mae should in fact be charged with sexual assault. Though our laws for rape and sexual assault victims are still laughable, Mae should be charged with these crimes that she has committed. She should spend years in jail. Currently, you can see in her videos that she shows no remorse from this terrible situation.
I believe Sienna should be charged with the amount of things she did to him and all of them are sexual assualt. Trespassing and doing horrible things to him are not okay. I think she should at least get charged with something and even spend a few years in jail. Thats horrible and i hope she gets in trouble for all the things she did.
Sienna should be charged with a vigorous amount of things like sexual assault or trespassing. None of that is okay and it scares me knowing he began to think it was normal because it happened so often. The fact that she had no punishment and seems to have no guilt whatsoever disgusts me. Not to mention she had the audacity to accuse him of lying in the videos she posted and she was getting super defensive and Jack couldn't stop himself from crying. She needs to be charged or at least taken off of tik tok or social media in general.
I feel like Sienna should be charged bit time. Jack has also declined her eash time she got touchy, but she kept doing it. And the one time he left his gaurd down she did something without consent, there is so mich evidence that can get her fined for sexual assault just laying around.
