Throughout the U.S. there are 355 zoos, and there are more than 2,800 zoos worldwide. These zoos can produce up to 24 billion dollars each year. The zoos produce most of this money off of the animals. However, a huge debate is if this is even okay for zoos to hold these animals and make money off of it.
Many people believe that zoos are harmful to the animals mentally and physically. However, zoos do so much more positive than negative things. For example, they teach millions of people all over the world about animals they might not have even known about. They expand our knowledge about animals in general. Along with that, zoos help us produce more animals that the world is lacking. Also, these zoos help save animal species that are on the brink of extinction. These animals in the zoos are also treated very well. They are well fed, have water available, and even get medicine to boost their health.
I believe that zoos do more positive things than negative things in the world. They’re keeping these animals safe and ensuring that these animals will still be around for future generations to come.

I like the topic and it is one that hasn't been done this year so +5. I do think your summary is brief overall and you could have replied a few more times as well.
I think zoos are a good choice for animals that could be in danger or not a good lifestyle because of where they were once located and it is also a great expiernce for kids to see all the animals and there habitats.
I think that if a zoo is correctly ran and the animals are properly taken care of they can be a great thing. A well run zoo could provide shelter and food to endangered species. Zoos can also be used as a way to rehabilitate injured or sick animals. I also think that they can be used as a great tool to teach children about animals.
I think zoos are a good thing because they give animals that are endangered a place to live and they don't have to worry about getting food or shelter, I also think that zoos are good because little kids like them and gives families with little kids somehting fun to do.

I agree with you. I think they are okay especially how they are now, but I definately could see how people could be against zoos if the animals are treated badly. I think zoos have improved a lot recently to make sure these animals are well taken care of.
I think that zoo's are good for the animals, it keeps them safe, helps endangered species to reproduce, and it keeps them alive longer. Animals in captivity live longer than ones in the wild and they are never hungry and have medicine for their needs.
I think zoo's are fine as long as the zoo's are treating the animals with proper respect and I think zoo's are a good way to educate yourself and see more tings than you would normally see but its not worth it if the zoo is not treating animals right.
