It's natural for adults to be concerned about how much time we spend on our phones technology can be a great tool it's important to find a healthy balance encourage open communication with the adults in our life show them what we’re using our phone as responsibility. One way to approach this is through open communication talk to the adults in your life about their worries and let them know that you understand their concerns show them that you're responsible in mindful of your phone usage for example you can share it with them how your use your phone for education and purposes to connect with friends and family or pursue your interests.
It might also be helpful to set boundaries and limits together, discuss and agree upon specific times when it's appropriate To use your phone and when it's important to put it aside this way you can demonstrate that you're actively managing your screen time.
It's also important for us to join activities that don't involve her phones or screens, explore Hobbies encouraged in physical activities or simply spend quality time together with your family. This will not only help alleviate their concerns but also strengthen your bond with them.
Do you think they should be concerned about how much time you spend on your phone?
Should you spend less time on your phone and spend more time with your family?

I think adults should be concerned because they are more wise in a lot of ways. We need our parents to guide us in life even if we don't like some of their ideas. They should teach us boundaries of our phone because it can be very powerful. It can be very good but it could also be harmful.
I don't think I should be concerned, just because of all the time I spend playing sports. I should probably spend a bit more time with my family, just because I don't really see them a lot during school time, and I always go on my phone after practice.
I've never been one for family time, but the amount of time one spends on their phone shouldn't be overshadowed. You can have the entire world at your disposal with one phone, but I think it is important to understand that if one is not using that to its fullest, then one shouldn't spend so much time on it.
I think that adults should be concerned becuase though your phone can be a powerful and valuble asset to use and work with, many people abuse this power and are constantly on their phone. I think you should definently spend more time with family because they will not always be around in comparison to your phone.
I think there is defiently a time for your phone and a time when you should put it down. I love my phone and how I can communicate on it with my friends, but when im around family, friends, working, or with people I dont see often I think it is important to enjoy my time with them while it lasts because for me there is usally plenty of time for my phone so I try to prioratize who im with.
