Its hard to decide if it should be shorter or longer. I would go with Shorter. Only for the reasoning that you wont be in school longer than you have to be, not behind on school work, and still have the weekend and one day off. Studies show that when children get too many days off of school for a holiday that their brains aren't functioning the right way they should be for school. It puts students in a tough spot for getting caught up.
After break all kids wanna do is talk about what they did over break, and not focus on school work. I think breaks from school are much needed. Kids need some time away from school. Easter break and Spring break are just so close to the end of the year. There is not enough time to be missing more than 4 days of school. That gives us 4 days that we will be behind on the teachers teaching schedule. Studies show that most teachers around the world don't see the point of missing any school when Easter is on a Sunday. I think that spring break should be a little bit longer. This would give families more time to travel and not miss as much school. Although missing a couple days isn't a very big deal, some people might have trouble catching up. It can also be stressful as a studen to rush home from visiting with family or on a vaction just to catch up on work at school.
I think spring break should be a little bit longer, but not a lot longer. This would give families a better oppurtunity to catch up with family and friends. It would also help kids who want to work a couple of these day, more time to do that. This would help them make money and prepare for the real world.
I think we should have a longer sprink break like other schools do. Some people want to travel and see their families and having 2 school days off is not enough time to go travel. I do not think it would be horrible for students to miss a few extra days . Spending time with family is more important than highschool in my opinion and its not really a long time to be away from school.
I think that spring break should be longer because you can spend time with parents and family more and go on vacation more so I think we should have a longer spring break. I don't agree with teachers because once you are on vacation that's far away then you have to rush home and go back to school and it will put a lot of stress on the student.
I personally think that as long as people have time to see family over the break then it doesnt matter. I know that there are quite a few students that wont be here thursday so that they can go see family.

I don't really care how long the break is as long as I get a break it doesn't matter to me. Having a longer break would be nice but it's not needed. The break is really just days to sleep longer and a chance to live your life a little more. Because there is more to life than school.
I think that spring/easter break should be a little bit longer. There are many kids missing school on Thursday to go see family for the holiday and they are missing a day of school. I think right around this time of year students need a little longer break from school.
I somewhat agree with you. I think there should be enough time for family as well. Its not in the best intrest to miss so much school, but on the otherhand, family is important as well.
I think that we should have a longer break not just cause I don't want school it is important to have time with family and not just school. We already have enough on our plates I don't know why they couldn't give us a longer break. I also know that all of the other schools beside us have way longer breaks than us. I don't agree with the teachers.
