I believe that homework should be banned. It’s not that I just hate doing homework. I believe that we have seven hours a day in school to learn everything that needs to be learned. I think it is just as important for students to have time at home to enjoy their evenings. It is also difficult for student athletes to balance homework and sports. This may cause problems in the number of students that are participating in extracurricular activities because students don't want to fall behind on their work.
Homework leaves no time for kids to work on their social skills. While students could be hanging out with friends, they are inside doing their homework. Homework also stresses students out more than it provides benefits. When the student is stressed about homework the less they will want to be involved with work at school. If students become stressed about homework, that will eventually correlate with their thoughts of school.
Personally, I don’t agree with homework. I could use my time after school to work on other things such as working on vehicles or mowing the lawn. Some can even argue that they learn more at home than they do at school. I personally don’t agree with homework. I understand the reason behind homework but as a kid, I feel like it keeps us from reaching our full potential. I feel that students would be better off learning social skills while they are at home than learning the same stuff that we sat in a building for 7 hours to learn.

theres a school in a foren counrty i cant remember wich one but they have a higher graduation rate than any other school cause they dont give homewok
I think it doesent relly do that much for people cause what if they dont know how to do it. yes. yes less stress for people.
I dislike homework and agree with you that it should be banned. We put so much time into it and it is only worth 10 to 20 percent of your whole grade. Everything should be learned through interactions, quizzes, and few tests.
I do not like homework at all and I think it takes up a lot of my free time in the afternoons after school. But I honeslty don't think it should be banned because it helps us know the material better if we actually do the work ourselves instead of listening to a teacher all day and not remember anything.
I don't think that homework should be banned. I might be a little biased because I don't usually have homework. When I get work in school I try to do it in class and if I dont get it done I do it in my study hall or I do it durring free time in my other classes.
I think homework is a good thing for student to study for tests but I don't like that it takes time away from my day. I feel that the amount of homework we get sometimes is so overwhelming and I feel as a teen I shouldn't be so stressed out due to some homework a teacher gives me. I don't feel it should be banned but I do feel they need to calm down on giving out so much homework.

I think homework is good for students but it also has them falling back and getting bad grades cause they have no time to do it because of sports and after school events. Homework can sometimes interfere with life after school. I think that we should still have to do homework. I think that it helps people practice what they learned and also practice for the test. Homework doesn't really interfere with my social life because I get most of it done before or after my plans. I think that it might be more beneficial to lower the amount of homeowork we get.
