Some argue that college should be a requirement for NBA/NFL athletes. They believe that attending college shows athletes further develops their skills and knowledge of the game. College provides a structured environment where athletes are able to receive professional coaching, access to high level facilities, and compete against many other talented players. Additionally, college offers a valuable education that can serve as a backup plan if their professional sports career doesn’t work out. It gives athletes life skills, critical thinking abilities, and a broader perspective that can benefit them beyond the sports field. On the other side of the argument, people believe that these talented athletes should have the freedom to pursue their professional careers straight out of high school. They argue that highschool athletes may not need the additional years in college, as they may already have the necessary talent and have the potential for success. By entering the NBA or NFL earlier, these athletes can start earning a living sooner and provide financial support for not only themselves and their families. The professional sports industry offers great opportunities for growth and development that cannot be made up in a college setting. Finally, the question of whether college should be a requirement for NBA/NFL athletes has turned into a popular question recently. It involves weighing the benefits of college education, skill development, and personal growth against the potential opportunities and financial stability that professional sports can offer. Both sides of the debate have valid points, and the decision should consider the individual circumstances and their goals of the athletes. It’s a topic that inspires discussions and the ongoing debate of what's best for the future of sports and the athletes themselves. In my opinion I think that they shouldn’t be required to attend college before going professional. I think this because it should be their choice, and there shouldn’t be a choice made for them.
Do you think athletes should be required to go to college?
If yes, how many years should they go for?
Do you think they learn other necessary skills at college?

Good topic choice and good job overall Aiden! Be sure to reply back on three different days and please use parapgraphs to better organize your story.
I dont think it shoud be required for athletes to play in college before going pro because if you are naturally that talented it shouldnt matter if you have college experience playing or not it should be determined based on what you are capable of doing now.
I do not think it should be a requirement to play college before going pro because if the coaches think that you are good enough you should be able to go right away. Also, you could make more money at a younger age if you go pro after high school.
I agree with you, I personally do not think that athletes should be required to play at the college level if they do not have to. If they can risk their chances and try to play at a professional level instead right away after college, then they should have the opprotunity to do so.
I totally agree with you, I personally think that atheltes do not need to be required to play at a college level if they do not have to. Although the skills mentally and physically that they do learn in college can be very beneficial.
I don't think that college should be required before going pro. I think that if a pro team wants an athlete fresh out of high school, the athlete deserves to be able to jump on that opportunity if they wish to. If the athlete still wishes to go to college, they can go after they graduate as there is no age limit for college.
I agree with you, I think that if professional teams want an athlete straight out of highschool instead of drafting them out of college. It should be up to the athletes decision and not have the decision made for them.
I don't think that it should be required for players to play college ball. If the coaches of the professional teams want them right out of high school. Then that is their own problem. I do think other skills are learned at college, but they can also learn that in the real world as a professional athlete.
I agree with you, I think that if the athlete has enough talent to skip the college level. And just go straight to the professional leage, I think it should be the athletes decision if they want to play in college or not.
I think they athletes should at least go to college for a year so they can know what the next level is like. If they were to go right to the pros they might be behind and end up a waste of talent because they weren't ready for a professional level of their sport.
