At a Prom in a small town near Green Bay, Wisconsin, an 18 year boy old shot and injured two people. They were leaving the building where prom was and were shot. The girl was treated for her gunshot wound and released and the boy had to have surgery. It is still unclear if the shooter goes to the school. The shooter was gunned down by a police officer and died later in the hospital.

I think this is scary, especially in a small town like ours. We tend to feel really safe and comfortable at events like this and its a little sad that we should have to worry about something like this happening. I don't know why the boy decided to shoot the students or if he intended to kill them or just injure them, but I think he deserved a punishment, just maybe not that severe.

Well done but in both stories you replied on two different days instead of three that i require.
There is a few reasons he may have. He may have because he was mentally ill or even Jealousy may have push him over board. I am not sure how he should be punished. But he should be. This is sad.
I think that maybe the reason for shooting the students was he could of been mentally ill or maybe the students he shot were not nice to him. And I think he should of definitely gotten a punishment but just not that severe.
People are nuts that is all you can say obviously he was angry or had mixed feelings. I think he deserves to go to jail for a really long time, it is terrible that he could do that and still lives with himself.
I don't know what would be going though someones head to make them do this. If he was still a live he deserves at least life in prison.
I don't know, maybe he had a connection with the people he shot or maybe they were just random people I don't know.. I think it is a good thing that the policeman gunned him down because who knows who else he could have hurt.

I dont think there is a clear answer for why he did this. I think he could have been pressured by someone to do this. Maybe he had some type of mental issue. He will probably be charged with attempted murder, and in jail for a while
I think he could have shot the student for multiple reasons. 1 reason could have just been teenage drama and it made this guy mad so he shot the girl and boy who he saw. This boy could have also been influenced by something or someone to do this. Teenagers can be greatly influenced by certain things and sometimes we can tend to be a little bit irrational at times.
Well, the boy is dead now so for me, his punishment doesn't matter anymore. He got death for a punishment. If he did live though, i would probably say they charge him with attempted murder and probably get some jail time for it.
