Questions
- If you were a cop and saw the man heavily armed, would you have fired at him or got closer?
I would have honestly just shot the heavily armed man if I thought that the my life or the lives of the fellow officers were in danger. The man was stupid enough to run and avoid police while being armed.
- How long do you think the man will be behind bars?
I think a good few decades because he did kill a man and take his truck. They also believe he tied up a woman and robbed her

If I were a cop I would not shoot at him unless he shows signs of resisting or if It looks like he is going to shoot at me but anything other than that I am going to try to go in and apprehend him.
I think it would only serve him right if he does at least 50 years knowing what he has all done and he might have done even more that the cops dont know about I also think he deserves the death sentence considering the fact that he killed two people and if you feel it is right to kill someone you should only be killed yourself.
I agree with you if I had a feeling that I or my fellow officers were gonna be in harm or get shot then I wouldve shot him. It wasnt smart on his part to go run while being heavily armed. I think he might be behind bars for maybe his whole life becuase he killed a man.
If I was a cop and saw that the man was heavily armed, I think that I would try and get a little bit closer to see what he would do and if I thought he was going to do something then I would probably shoot him. I think he should be in jail for life because he killed people and because of the other things that he did.
I would not have fired or gotten closer, I would keep my distance until he makes a move on me. I believe he will be behind bars for over twenty five years. He killed a man, stole his truck, and potentially tied up a woman and robbed her. His case will not be taken lightly when brought to court.
I would have done what the cops did in the situation. I would have pointed the gun at him and tried to get him to surrender or I would shoot. I think that he will do a lot of time for the crimes, and on top of it, running and hiding from the cops.
1) I think if the man wasnt listening i would not have fired my weapon unless he fired his first instead i would just use my taser.
2)For a while. He killed a man and took his truck. Also they think he tied up a woman and robbed her.
I wouldn't shoot until he posed a threat such as starting to rise the gun and aim it at me. Unless the man threatens me, I can't shoot him. The time he's behind bars depends on whether or not he is found guilty and whatever the judge sentences him to serve.
Wow. The man had everything set. He was actually trying to hide the whole time away from the cops. I respect him for putting all that effort in to hide from the cops. I've heard of people hiding away the cops but not in a way like this.
I would have gotten closer because you can get in trouble for just shooting someone when they aren't aiming the gun at you or have reason to shoot them. It's just like someone armed in a store because they have the right to carry. Are you going to shoot them? Also his lifetime. If he murdered people, ran from the cops, robbed places...? he is definitaly going to be in there away.
