Semester Tests

Well it's that time. Semester tests. As a freshman, I have never actually experienced them. Except for in Spanish last year. What advice do upperclassmen have for us? Also, I love my schedule during those days!! It helps that I live so close to the school! What are your thoughts?

I love not having to come to school when I have study halls and P.E. Personally, I never really study for tests, but I usually do for semester tests. Just DONT BE LATE or else you fail the class for the semester.

Ugh i hate taking semester tests they aren't fun at all. The only thing that is good about them is that it means Christmas is coming up and that means a break. Some advice would be to study a lot and make sure you get to all of your semster tests on time because if you are late you get a 0 in the class.

Study! study really hard...i didnt study very much on the science one last year and i didnt do so well!

make sure you know times when you need to be back cause if ur late that's a zero and an automatic fail and listen in class cause most of the time teachers will go over answers to tests the days before

I would just try to stay focused and be sure you study. Don't wait until the night before to study for all your test because then you will just get overwhelmed and really stressed out. Also, be on time! I would show up plenty early so you don't have to worry about being late and then having to retake the class. If you follow these, you will be just fine. I promise.

If you leave, make sure you know the schedule, and get back with plenty of time. I almost failed algebra last year, because I left and got the times mixed up. I got in with about until the bell.

Study, and don't be late. Bring water with you.
Study in between test hours.
And get some sleep the night before so you don't fall asleep during the tests.

Well, first off dont be late. Dont try to go get food from BK or something and have to wait in a line! You will be late! And make sure you study for the tests, they arent easy!

Don't freak out for semester tests as a freshman! You think they're going to be this really difficult thing but for the most part, they're not worth all the freak outs & staying up really late. As long as you know your stuff and are on time to class, semester tests will be fine for you.
