Scientists are using a kind of surgical wiretapping that is able to translate the brain's electrical signals back into single words heard by patients. As of right now, it's correct about 89% of the time. But it proves that one day, people might be able to "speak" through a computer just by thinking about what they want to say. Any thoughts on this new idea?

  • I think that has already been invented. Because there is this show on the discovery channel were this guy is disable led and not able to speek. So he  talk through a computer. like he thinks it and the computer says it. The show is called into the Universe with Stephen hawking

  • Wow, I bet the next new communication device will be one that sends the message directly to the reciever's brain!

  • I think that would be really cool, but it would get kinda lame if it was the only way to communicate.

  • I wouldnt like it sometimes only I need to know what I was thinkin.

  • That's crazy!  That's also really cool but I would never want that to become the only way to communicate.  It's crazy to think that's even possible!
