Saved by a Shovel!

A 85 year old women saved her husband from an agitated moose with a grain shovel. The moose was stomping on her husband, and she grabbed a shovel and started hitting the moose with it.I think she was brave for doing this, she saved her husband from being seriously injured.Any thoughts? I think that she was very brave! It is good that she saved him from being seriously injured. If I was in this situation I probably would have done the same thing as long as I had something like the shovel. I'm sure her husband is very thankful for her quick thinking.

it says "hitting" I would think it would only take one hit to get a moose to back off. so either that's a violent old lady or that's a determined moose

If I saw a moose attacking someone in my family I would probably stand there in shock and wouldn't know what to do.

If I was an 85 year old lady I would have done the same thing. I bet she is a pretty cool grendma.

Now that is a brave woman.
I probably would have found the heaviest thing around me and hit the moose.

That is so awesome! That woman had a lot of guts to just grab a shovel! I probably would have just freaked out and froze! If i was her husband i would take her shopping or something for saving his life!
