I think that this kinda made Russian-american relations uneasy because they are already feeling uneasy with america but even though he is the most hated president he can still get things done and fix the Russian-american relations. I do not think trump will fix relations with Russia even though he acts like putin is his best friend. If I was fox news I would not apologize because putin is a killer. I am sure russia is not happy with what fox said and this will definitely not help with our relations.
I think the newscaster will eventually apologize, either it was a mistake saying that, or he is going to get so hounded by the press he will finally give in. The relations between Russia and America were definitely not improved by this incident, but I don't think it changes the facts drastically.
