  • The chnages that she helped maked greatly point to the fact that she made the right decision. For sure people of any race should be able to pick their seats. I mean why not? We have overcomed those times and learned from our mistakes.

  • Persoanally, I strong agree that Rosa Parks standing her ground was a good choice. As the world goes on we begin to forget the times where we were segregated. I believe any race should be able to not only sit anywhere they want, but have the same oppurtunities just as anyone else does. Although the world isn't perfect with this, it is much better then our past.

  • In my opinion, I definitely think that Rosa Parks did the right thing because it helped Stop segregation. Any race or any religion should be able to sit wherever they want on a bus or any type of public transportation.

  • yes cause she made change over time for people. yes cause it shouldent matter what color there skin is shouldent say where they have to sit on a bus.

  • Good topic and your sumamry is well done. The issue is that you didn't reply to any student comments which is worth 30 points.

  • I think she did make the right decision, race shouldn't divide us, it should unite us instead. If she did move seats like she was told then maybe black people wouldn't have as many rights as they do now, but of course, they don't have as many rights as white people. People of color should be able to choose their own seat, it doesn't matter where they sit. Just because someone's black doesn't mean they're going to rob you. If it makes you uncomfortable then YOU move.

  • Yes, Rosa made the right choice by standing her ground and not choosing a different seat. She knew what the consequences could have been if she didn't move, yet she still chose to remain seated where she wanted. Rosa Parks  was a woman full of bravery and helped start the civil rights movement. She is a great role model to look up to. Anyone, no matter your race or anything else that sets you apart from others, should be able to choose and remain in their own seat while on public transport.

  • I think she made the right descision to not move seats becuase she changed the whole entire country. Everyone of any race should be able to sit anywhere they want on any type of transportation. She is a very brave woman made the country into what it is today.

  • I think that Rosa Parks made the right descision and not move to a different seat. I belive that everyone should be equal and no one is above anyone especially between whites and blacks. That is just the color of our skin. We don't get to choose what color we want.

    • Yes, I agree. I think Rosa Parks made the right descision by not moving. I agree with everyone should be equal and treated fairly. We shouldn't be treated differently because of our skin color.
