"El Chapo" Guzman is being sent back to the same prison that he escaped from in July. This is his second escape from this maximum security prison, now he is going back. Where he was found and captured Friday has been under surveillance for a month. It is said that he got to the house the Thursday before the Friday he was captured. During the shoot out Guzman allegedly escaped through a manhole that went into the city's sewer system. They chased him but then they found him on the highway.
He disappeared after stepping in the shower and slipped through a hole in his cell. There have been reported sightings of him.
In 2001 he escaped using a laundry cart.

Why do you think they keep sending him back to the same "maximum security prison" after 2 daring escapes?
Do you think they will do anything to keep him from escaping a third time?
MY OPINION
I think they should send him to a different prison because if he has escaped twice from the same prison in 14 years they should do something more about the problem. I think they should keep better eyes or security on him because of his ways. I don't think he will escape a third time.

I think that they will try their best and hopefully it will work. I think that they should put him in a special unit in the middle of the prison because if he did escape, he would need more time to navigate the prison ... Which wouldn't be easy.
Maybe.. they should have done that in the first place, though he might have knows what his surroundings were. They just need to send him somewhere else because of what he has already done.
Maximum security is the highest level of security so I think it's what we go to to put away these kinds of criminals ... Even if he keeps escaping. Maybe this time they will have him further into the prison and under better supervision.
Maybe it is the only the good enough maximum security prison there is so they don't have anywhere else to send him, unless they send him to another country. I think sending him to a different country is a good idea, because they could have better security so he couldn't escape again.
I think they should send him to a different prison. If he has escaped two times already it can't be the best prison in the world and there has to be somewhere better they can take him, personally I would take him halfway across the world so if he did escape he would have troubles getting back to where he needs to be.
New updates say that they might send him to the US. I agree with you that they will send him here because maybe we will have better control on what happens with him
I believe they brought him back there because that is the only maximum security prison there is there. People are saying that they might send him to the United States. I believe that they will eventually take him to the United States because there is a high possibility that he might escape again if he is there in the same prison as before. If they do keep him in the same prison and he escapes again, then that is when they should really send him to another prison.
