Rescuers Search For Missing Hiker

Reinforcements are being called as rescue teams hope they can find the two missing hikers through the tough weather. They are assumed to be lost in the Colorado Mountains. 20 volunteers have gathered along with the National Guard to search for the 51-year old Damian and his 18-year old son Evan. The two have been missing since last Wednesday according to the rescue team. The duo is from St. Louis, Minnesota and went hiking for the Evan's spring break. "We have no idea what peak they were on or where they were going," says Barnwick. They were set to return to Minnesota over the weekend but never did. The volunteers are going against 20 mile-per-hour wind and 5 feet of snow.A Facebook group has been set up to support the rescue mission.

I think that this is great with the efforts that they are going through to find these two. The amount of support that the rescuers have is incredible. I hope for the best that they find these two and that they are ok.

What would you if you were trapped in the mountains and had to survive? How would you feel if you were the rescue team or the National Guard?
