Zina got the chance to be rescued and be best friends with a boy named Johnny. Zina was terribly dying of starvation. All a person could see was skin and bones. After that they nursed her back to health. Later they shot a video and she became an internet star and raising money for other abused animals as well. Johnny had met her and they fell in love. Zina had moved in and before Johnny didn’t talk much, but since then he has not stopped talking. April was animal abuse month and Autism awareness month. I think that this is an amazing story. To think that the dog and Johnny became best friends. I have that same kind of relationship with my dog. I still can’t believe that people could abuse animals like that. If u watch the video it shows pics of what she looked like when they found her.

This is so cool that Zina and Johnny are able to help each other get through some difficult times together as a team. I also think its awesome that Zina and Johnny are both bringing awareness to their own causes by just sharing a bond together. Animals can get people through tough times and this is just another awesome example of it.

I think that it is great that Johnny and Zina are helping each other get better. It seems that they were destined to help each other. I wish them luck, and I hope other animals are saved and find good owners who will take care of them like this little boy.
That is awesome they rescued the puppy. That would be tough to hurt a animal. The only way i would is like someting ou can hunt. That is good the dog could bring joy to the kid.

Aww this makes me so happy that they rescued this puppy. I could never imagine hurting any animals unless its like a mouse or something weird like that. I'v heard dogs can get kids with autism to talk more and feel like they have a best friend. I think my dog would be like this cause me and him have a pretty good relationship!
