A Houston couple's lawsuit states pictures from a photo booth at their wedding reception came out with a racial slurs printed on them. James Evans, the owner of the photography company's only response to the accusation was "sue me". The couple says their lawsuit is not about money, but about righting a wrong. The couple found out about the photos many months after their wedding, family members told them well after their wedding, not wanting to ruin their wedding day. Evans offered a refund for the couple, which they declined. A trial is going to be taking place in July if no agreement is reached.

Yeah a lot of people will probably notice this story locally and it will hurt Evan's business.
I think that he should be fined there was no reason to write what he did on the photos. I think they should sue him after all he was asking for it right. and I'm pretty sure his business will decrees greatly if not stop completely,

I think he should. He did that on purpose, that's racist and he is quite arrogant about it. Plus, he said "Sue me" so yes I think he should be charged a lot. That's a really dumb thing to do when you own a company.

Yes, I think that the owner should be fined. There was no right for him to do something like that when all he had to do was just simply print the pictures normal. So yes he should be fined for doing something wrong like that. That comment then shows that he did not reallt even care about what he did and that he should be fined and taught a lesson. His buisness will not be as good now after that because people are not going to want to hire someone that is just going to do something like that, that is not right.
