Last Friday, a judge set R Kelly's bond at $1 million following his arrest on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse. These crimes are reported to have taken place between 1998 and 2010, and involved 4 victims, three whom are under age. With each charge, carries a possible sentence of three to seven years in federal prison. It is reported that Kelly will only have to pay 10% or $100,000 of his $1 million dollar bail. All of this is coming to light after Lifetime released the Docu-Drama, Surving R-Kelly, which details the victims accounts of different sexual abuse episodes. He is set to be in court on March 8th.
1. Do you think that R Kelly will come clean and plead guilty to these charges, or will he claim his given innocence and fight it? Why?
2. With the #MeToo movement still going on, do you think that it is alright for documentaries to be released on these accounts of sexual abuse?
I think that R Kelly will take the most common course, and fight the charges, even with all these evidence against him, following in the footsteps of Bill Cosby.
I think that people should take any possible measures to get the people behind these horrendous attacks put away for awhile.

Good job overall! Be sure capitalize key words in your title and also be sure to comment three different days. I also think your summary is a bit brief overall.
I think he will plead guilty of the charges. I think that maybe that some of the women might just be saying something to just get attention.
1. I think that he will do anything in his power to make sure he doesn't get arrested. This case is a "He said, she said" kind of thing. Innocent until proven guilty, so I think he will take his chances.
2. I think it is okay for documents to be released, but only if the victim is 100% sure they want them to be released.
R Kelly will probably be the kind of person that will follow the beaten path, and just plead not guilty and fight it for months. It will most likely get him a lightened sentence, and that will be all. Victims consent is almost always #1 when it comes to these documentaries.
I think R Kelly will plead guilty, as he only has to pay 10% of his $1 million bail. If the allegations are true, he might end up serving time in prison and having to pay his full bail. I think that this wouldn't really affect the #MeToo movement, as these allegations are kind of out of date.
R Kelly will probably not want to ruin his reputation, so he will most likely plead not guilty, and end up fighting it for months. The date that allegations were told to happen are old, not when they were made, these allegations came out mid-late last year. The allegations supposed time frame was from 1998 to 2010.
I think that he will say that he is guilty of the crimes he is charged with and hope to just be put in jail for a little while.
I seriously don't think they should in case they don't play a part right and it has a bad affect on somebody that has experienced some type of abuse.
R Kelly is not wanting to ruin his "clean record" so he will most likely plead not guilty. I think in the ideas of these documentaries, for people who have had these kinds of abuse, they will just not watch it.
I agree with you Rhett, I think that the rout that Kelly will find most appealing and the best for him, would be to fight the charges just as most people accused would do , even though all of the evidence is stacked up against him.
I agree with you Tianna, he can fight back all he wants in this case but I think that there is so much evidence and proof against him that he will not win no matter what he says
