A belief shared by most QAnon members is that Trump was planning a sting operation to arrest all the Satanists and pedophiles.
Qanon is not the first of its kind on the internet, Pizzagate a conspiracy that claim the same thing that Qanon claims but it was debunked after it became viral in 2016 during the election. Qanon was started in October of 2017on 4chan when a user with the name “Q” they claimed to be a high-ranking government official with Q clearance. Qanon entered mainstream media when many members attended a midterm election in 2018 in Tampa, Florida. Their clearance allowed them have access to classified things about the Trump administration. An analysis claims that the account “Q” has posts written by two or more people at different times. Qanon has several anonymous 4chan accounts, for example FBIanon, HLI (high level insider) anon, CIAanon, and WH Insider Anon.
This movement has spread to the UK, France, Germany and Japan, and is growing faster in Germany and Japan (Qanon is known as Janon in Japan) this concerns me because these countries were allies during WW2. In July 2020, Twitter banned thousands of Qanon supporters after they used the hashtag “take the oath” after Q said to take a soldier’s oath online on 8chan. They also had many supporters in the Capitol on January 6th in which they played a big role in the insurrection. On the 2nd of November 2021 they gathered near Dealey Plaza, where JFK was shot, expecting JFK Jr. to say he was going to be Trump’s running mate in 2024 but JFK Jr. died in 1999 in a plane crash. After he didn’t show up for obvious reasons, they later said that he was disguised as Keith Richards, the guitarist of The Rolling Stones.

Well done Jason! Interesting topic! I would have liked for you tio add more of your thoughts within your summary.
I think his conspiracies are quite interesting but nothing more than a joke. I believe this guy has some great qualities but he should stop making crazy conspiracies as these usually only cause harm and lead to looking like a fool. That's my opinion but remember I know very little of this man.
I have to admit, I have very little knowledge on Qanon, but from what I do know, I don't agree with them at all. I feel that this group is just another example of how extreme people can go with their beliefs. Qanon is full of extremist individuals who are trying to convince others of irrational beliefs.
I do not have a lot of prior knoledge on this but I have hear about it before. I do know that everything they do is very questionable and controversial. I also try to stay out of any conspiracy theroies because they tend to be just radical. I also think that this conspiracy theory is a bunch of extreamists.
I have heard very little about Qanon and the little I hear I don't put much attention to it. I don't have a general idea of who they are but I know they are mostly involved in very debatable activities. From the little, I know I agree with none of the things they do.
They are just extremists that say a bunch of misleading things with no real evidence behind it to try and rile people up for an uprising or whatever their goal is. Its most likely fake and made up especially considering it was stated online in a chat group known for untrustworthy information.
There is always going to be groups like this and what not. I do not agree that they are antisemitist and Nazism thats bad all the way around. This movement has made the right side look bad but people need to know the other side also has crazy groups as well and not all people are the same.
I think that this group probably needs to be stopped as there beliefs are horrible and involve some very weird things. If they are actually higher ups in the government that are in this group they need to be located so they can't do any harm to the U.S. government.

I don't beleive that anything that this conspiracy theroy group is doing is right, and if it does exist and is as damaging to the United States as we all predict it is, than I think that's a terrible thing.
