There has been a surge in immigrants trying to come over the border into the U.S.. Because of this the facilities that hold these immigrants are starting to fill up. And the Biden Administration is left just playing catchup at this point.
This surge was a huge amount of unaccompanied kids just told to cross the border without their parents. There were around 14,000+ unaccompanied kids that are in U.S. custody. These children are being held in a jail-like facility. This shows just how unprepared the Biden Administration was when they let more and more immigrants into the country as they are still trying to find a place for these children to be held.
There is not much the U.S. can do with these kids besides send them back. It is hard to figure what to do with them without their parents around. Because maybe the parents thought that it was best for the child to just run over the border. But you can’t just release these kids onto the street. To make the situation worse covid is making it so that there is less space for these kids to stay. They have a lot of kids in one facility but seem to be doing good in not craming them together.
In conclusion by the looks of it the surge hasn't peaked yet and is still getting a large amount of unaccompanied children crossing the border. And the Biden Administration is just doing what they do best and that is blaming the Trump Administration for this one too. What do you think?

I agree. America has had its hands tied for quite some time now. And it makes it worse that the kids are now getting cramped because they keep coming over.
I am sure there will end up being somewhere for them to go. I think being unacompanied makes it really hard for them to actually start a life because they are trying to get an education all day while working all night. the routine would get super exhausting. I bet their parents told them where to go or had an older child that was getting across the border too take the child.
I think they could make a bigger building for the immigrant children. I do not know where they could put them. I think that they got a crossed by Biden not having anyone there to stop it. I think that they should just send them back because they can't just come and expect us to find a home for them. I would send them back and they will get their family back.
I disagree. I think that building another place for these children is too far and people trying to cross the border will see this and just think " free place to raise my kids, AND THEY GET IN AMERICA" its a win win for them.
I don't know what Biden is thinking, to be honest with you. Opening the border is causing more problems than it is solving. The kids getting across the border are left alone, not knowing what to do, and in a brand new country to them. It has to be scary for them, and most kids probably don't know what is happening. We need to fix our problems instead of complaining and making things worse.
I'm not sure how to feel about Bidens uplift in the border restricitions. It's scary to know that at some point anyone will be able to come into our country no matter who they are. Yet, we don't know what kind of people they are.. terroists, rioters, shooters, etc. I don't think we should be letting anyone in our country especially without checking them over before we just let them walk across that line into our country. I'm not sure if they'll find a place for all these kids especially with the amounts we have right now. I'm not sure why they blamed Trump so much for cracking down on the border so mcuh when he was just trying to keep our country safe and protected for terrorists. None of it adds up at all.
I agree. Immigrants cost the U.S. a lot of money and puts legal citizens out on the streets because there isn't enough jobs. Which also doesn't add up because the Biden Administration isn't doing good in the job creating area of the presidency.
I don't know what they are going to do with these kids, but find it hilarious. It's not funny that these kids are seperated from their parents, its actually quite sad. I think whats funny is that the Biden administration is blaming it all on Trump saying that he left the border in terrible condition when he left office, yet they critisized him severly for cracking down "too hard" on the border. The reason all of these people are coming now is because Biden made it seem to them that they could just waltz on over without a problem.
I agree to a certain point. While the Biden administration is still separating children all of these kids have crossed over the border by themselves.
I think that they could try and build a building like a shelter for when these kids cross over the border. There is no way they can really stop them from crossing the board so might as well make a place for them to stay. So then you know that they aren’t trying to break into a place to stay. I think the kids get to the border then wait until it is dark out then sneak into the U.S. and try not to get caught when they are sneaking in.
