Most people have come to learn that probiotic pills, which contain good bacteria, are supposed to help kids feel better faster when their stomachs are irritated. The article refers “to two big studies of puking kids and probiotics,[that showed that] parents should save their money for something else.” Apparently, the studies resulted in the conclusion that “[they] found absolutely no differences” after kids took the probiotic pill. Yet, while probiotics might not help with an upset stomach, they do have other purposes. As far as taking them to feel better faster, you might as well just stick to the classic chicken noodle soup.

Do you think that there should be more tests done to find out if the probiotic pill really doesn’t work for this?
How would you react if you found out this out after you had already spent money on the useless pills and made your kids take them?

Well done overall. Be sure to inlcude personal thoughts/opinions within your summary.
Yes, I do think taht they should do more tests to see if the probiotics are good or not, and to see if they can find a solution if they are not strong enough. First I would be mad that I got pills that don't work, and then I will be upset because I would want to help my kids.
I think more testing is needed to really prove if it's true or not and wether or not they work instead of spending money on something that isn't benefitng your kid. I would be kind of upset because they had given me the pills specifically to help my kid and then for them not to work and had spent money on them.
I believe that if probiotics truly did not work than they would not be on the market in the first place due to the FDA conducting extensive testing on all medications on the market. I would guess that I would be upset that the pills did not do their intended job, but I would not lose my full faith in probiotics over one incident.
I think they should test these drugs and give people real results, people are taking these thinking they will make them feel better when it could be a lie. I wouldn't be too happy if I were to find out that they had no benefits, because when I am sick this is what I take and there could be something better.
I definetly think that more tests should be done to ensure that this pill really works for what it is intended to do. I would be mad if I gave this pill to my kids and spent the moeny to get them and then they didn't work at all.
Yeah, I agree with the fact that they should do more tests to find out if it works, and I'm wondering why they advertised it as it helped with puking kids...
In my opinion, I do think that more tests should be done in order to prove it. They would need to test a number of kids in order to be able to come out with a claim like this. Certain medicines work better on certain kids, so I feel like you can never be 100% about a medicine working or not working. I wouldn't be mad about spending money on them, because like it says, they do have other purposes that could still benefit them.
I agree that they would need to do several studies on different test subjects. Just as every person is unique so are our immune systems and they may react differently to different medications. This is part of the same reason some people have allergies to peanuts and others are not effected at all.
I would keep on testing it until I get a constant result for a while because one time it might work then the next time it might not work so you keep testing until a constant result. Yes i would want my momey back because the product you bought doesn't even work i would be very mad at the company.
