More than 90 tons of ready-to-eat salads and sandwiches have been recalled by a California cater company after 26 people in three states were sickened by a bacterial strain of E. Coli linked to the products. Richmond-based Glass Onion Catering are recalling approximately 181,620 pounds of the food containing cooked chicken and ham. Products were produced between Sept. 23 and Nov. 6, and were shipped to distribution centers in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Texas.
There isn't much room for opinion here, but it's obviously a good idea to get all of this food out of the stores before more become infected by E. coli. What do you think could be some of the longer lasting effects of this incident?

Well done!
People won't buy any more of the prepackaged salads or any thing like that.
That's kinda what a E. coli scare like this can do. Sure, you just had to recall tons and tons of your product, but now you have people thinking, "Well, if it happened once, it could happen again at any moment." Makes it difficult to recover from that kind of scare
