That is wierd that there was a town of only one person. I can't believe that it was considered a town. That seems like a high price for that land.
It seems unbelievable that Buford, Wyoming is considered a town since it only has a population of 1. However, $900,000 seems like a high price for only ten acres. They must have some large plans for this town to invest that much money in this town.
