pictures of 9/11

The article has pictures of 9/11.  Most of these I had never seen before.   When you really think about the pictures.  It's kindo scary to think that there are possibly two planes and hundreds of people within the think clouds of dust.  What do you think?  What are your memories of that day?

    Its really wierd knowing it has already been 9 years since that all happened and its such a terrible thing that has been done to our country. I never thought anything bad could ever happen to our country, but now i know different. One more tihng that is cool and very very very creepy, if you look at the pictures, look very closely at number 7 in the upper middle part of your screen, to me it looks like a skull looking down upon the destruction of the Twin Towers. Really creepy or no? let me know.

    if there were bombs involved, the terrorists probably had them with them on the planes

    It's terrible, so scary. I just get so angry when I think about this because the people that did it are just terrible. It was such a sad day and these pictures should remind us what we're fighting for. If you think that there was other bombs in the buildin you're dumb, sorry but you are. So many innocent people were killed because of these attacks. The buildings collapsed because the fuel from the jets litterally melted the supports of the buildings; so the buildings didn't come down right aways but look at what happened! The amazing people in our military are fighting for our contry and they don't even know everybody! Just think about that, some person that you don't know is protecting you! These pictures are terrible, scary, and so so so sad, but they should remind you why we're in this war and why we need to STAY IN THIS WAR! I didn't mean to write a novel but think about it.

    Wow. Those pictures are amazing. It really does put everything into a whole different perspective. It's just so so sad. :(

    what i dont understand is how the person(s) who took these pictures knew it was going to happen and that they should take pictures of it.

      They didn't know. It took a while before the buildings actually went down, so there was time to get the NYPD planes up to get shots and look at the damage.

    two planes alone could not...i think there might have been some bombs stashed somewhere and they were detonated after the planes
