How can decorations violate probation! The cops there must be really strict or the laws are which is kinda stupid if they didnt have there light on for kids to come for candy and kids didnt come they arent violating there probation!

I've no idea how this violates their probation, unless the decorations were indecent in some form. Also, the court might see the decorations as a strategem for getting young kids to come to their houses.
