Dr. Timothy J. Cunningham mysteriesly disappeared on Feb. 12 after leaving his job. That day he had called his parents complaining about feeling ill. Cunningham worked in epidemiology, trying to understand health differences across demographics. He had more than 16 years of experience in public health and has co-authored 28 publications on topics ranging from sleep deprivation to pulmonary disease. He worked on public health emergencies including Superstorm Sandy, the Ebola outbreak and the Zika virus. His parents said he had called on the 11th complaining of concern things that they have choosen not to share. They say that as parents, they should of picked up that something was wrong. Cunningham has disappeared without a trace. His car, keys, wallet, and even his dog, Mister Bojangles Cunningham, was left there unattended. Dr. Timothy's mom said that, at 5:20 in the morning, he talked her and asked if she was up. This was the last time he was seen.

What would be some things going through your head as a parent if this happened to you?
For me, all I would be able to think is if my son is dead or alive.
How/why do you thing he has randomly disappeared without a trace?
I think he was very sick and possibly died somewhere nobody knows.

I would be wondering if the kid is alive or if he is dead, also the thought of him being alive and in a unknown place. Maybe he contracted the ebola or another disease and just left.
I would be really concerned for my child, not even mad or upset but just worried. I would wonder where he was and where he is going, I don't really know why he just dissapeared it sounds random and weird.
I would try and have people and friends help look out for him and I would be worried about it. Maybe he had a mental illness and just wondered off and now he is lost and does not know where he is.

If I was a parent and this happend to my child I would be beyond terrified. I mean who knows what could happen, or what is going on with him. I think he has a mental illness, this has been seen before. His illness could have caused him to start randomly walking, and unless this story is on the news people may randomly see him. Anything could happen to Cunningham.
I would be scared, because you don't know where yyou child is or if he is alive or not. I think he disappeared and took some time for himself and didn't want anyone to know where he's going so that he wouldn't be bothered because he is probably mentally tired from working so much.
1 Some things that would going through my mind will be ,first why he disappear?did something bad happened to him?,I will be concerned and I will try to make some campaigns to find my son.
2 Honestly there is a lot of options but for me it could be that he work so much that he become crazy and he left or that he find some information about a disease and some people start to follow him so he had to scape.
I would be worried for the condition of my child and if there was something that I could have done to stop him from disappearing. He probably had something happen in his life that impacted him emotionally.
