Police in Oregon have arrested a 33-year-old man who they believe assaulted three people at Toys 'R' Us store with a Star Wars light saber toy. On Wednesday night (December 14th) a shopper at the store called 9-1-1 to report that a man was inside the store swinging the light saber at other shoppers. He was later identified as David Allen Canterbury, but he continued to swing the toy sword at them. They tried to use a Taser on him, but he knocked it away with the light saber. Canterbury has been charged with assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrested and interfering with a police officer.
