Optical illusions

I don't know about anybody else but I love looking at optical illusions and they actually can show you things that you would never figure out alone. (seriously)

Blind Spots:  Did you know that each of your eyes has a blind spot??  It is the spot in you eye that didn't have room for any optic transmitters because it is occupied by your optic nerve.  You don't notice it because your brain takes the liberty of filling in the blank space with the most probably thing, ex. a white field or plain colors.

Look at this cross with your right eye while closing your left.  At about a foot away from your screen you will notice that the dot disappears.  The following two are the same thing, the colors are just easier to notice.

wow those are really cool...my favorite is one where you stare at a picture..then when you look away onto a white surface...its a picture of jesus

The Bird in the the bush caught me off guard! I only read one of them at first. The eye ones didnt effect me at all. I still saw the dot and circle with just my right eye.

I like the bird one. haha i could see the mexican guy in a boat, a fish, and two trees on an island. i cant see the two gossiping ladies though..
