Lately I've seen a lot of online dating on computer games and video games that kids and teenagers play. I think its very dangerous because you don't know anyone on there and some people on there can be predators. I think parents should be aware of that and making sure that their child is safe for what online games they play. Some kids or teenagers may think its cool to online date people on a online game but its not because that could lead to danger if that person that they don't know asked them for their age and location and plus people sometimes on there lie about their age which is very dangerous, someone could be older than that kid or teenager and lie about their age and saying that they're younger
I mean you can make new friends on a online game but I just don't think the dating is a good idea, I just hope people would know better whats right and wrong on a online game

I don't understand why online dating works because it shouldn't. How can you have a relationship on an app or game? People can turn out to be really gross or possibly predators trying to get at you. It doesn't seem safe for teens to do these things. It doesn't seem like a real relationship is happening between these people. They have no idea what they look, actually sound like, and what there like in person.
I have never really liked the idea of online dating because people can act like other people online and hid behind a screen but online games are not as bad to me. with dating, there is a possibility of getting kidnaped or worse but games don't really have the same dangers.
Online dating is weird to me. It is dangerous because there are so many stories of people who have been kidnapped or worse because of people pretending to be someone they're not on dating websites. Playing video games isn't like online dating, it's just playing a game with friends, not searching for a relationship.
I think online dating is kind of wierd because there has been many incidents that have happened that aren't good. I don't think that video games are like online dating because there is not very many people that are trying to find a boyfriend or girlfriend when they are playing video games.
Online dating apps scare me. I've heard so many bad stories about kidnaps or when one of the people catfishes the other. It is scary. Computer games are a little better though because you can't really talk too much with them depending on what game you are playing. I agree parents need to show their kids dangers with the online world.
I do not think online dating or gaming and connecting with these people is a good idea. You do not know who these people are. They could be adults or older people posiing as someone young and our ages. I just do not fnd it good to go and online date or game with people you do not know.
I personally know someone who was abused by a man they met over an online computer game, it happens more often than you think and it's awful when it does. There definitely needs to be more monitoring over kids' access to the internet, you don't know what somebody could find out about you and possibly victimize you because of it.
I think online dating is for older people such as adults. They are smarter and able to tell the difference between a catfish most of the time. Children online dating iso a big risk and should not be done. A lot of grooming could happen when a underage child meets a legal predator. Parents who are too strict on apps and things could lead to the kid to rebel against them and lead to underage and dangerous relationships.
I agree, I know when I was younger I fell for online catfishes a lot because I was a stupid kid. Children need to be taught the dangers of online dating in general and how many predators there are online.
