Can you imagine having a mouse and a keyboard all in one device? Can you imagine being able to paint a picture on the computer with an actual paint brush? Well, for $200 you can experience those things. The Sensel Morph touchpad is one to rule them all. To use it, you will just need an object. When deciding what to use, keep in mind that you can use anything. The Sensel Morph has 20,000 sensors in it, enabling it to detect almost anything you drag, tap, or rub on it. It's also pressure sensitive, so it can tell whether you're tapping it lightly or pounding it more aggressively. You can turn it into a painting canvas, a piano, a game control, or even become a DJ with this device. The Sensel Morph is so sensitive that they placed a mug filled with liquid. It detected the ring on the bottom side of the mug and when they rocked the mug back and forth, it could sense the liquid moving from side to side.

Well done!
It's all where the money is at. There is money to be made by marketing and selling a product such as the Sensel morph to the public, and while there is much incentive and glory to rid the world of a disease, sometimes the greed of making money takes over. The product is really cool however, but I think that a common problem could be the device might be too sensitive, and pick up motions or movements that you wouldn't want to do.
I would love to use this Sensel Morph touchpad. I think that this would be really cool to have in art classrooms in schools or for collage. I just can't believe that people are able to come up with such complex technology so quickly but yet it takes them many, many years to find cures for diseases.
I do agree with that, they keep coming up with this insane technology which is honestly unnecessary in my opinion, but still helpful, yet they are struggling to find cures for many diseases. Good point.
I would buy the sensel morph not because it was cool but because it can control many different electronic objects. i think it would benefit because then we wouldn't have that many problem on a electronic device. it could also help our teachers with the work space boards.
I agree, Eli, I wouldn't purchase it unless absolutely necessary.
