Mr. Bruns was talking about how our school will most likely be testing out a One-To-One Computing System where each student at HCHS will have their own laptop or iPad or some kind of device like that. I personally would absolutely love that! But my only concern is privacy and if administration will be able to monitor students on these devices.
What do you guys think about starting a program like this in Harlan?

That would be awesome! There would be some cons, but it sounds like a cool idea
I think that would be a great idea! Students would not have to worry about loosing all of their paper assignments anymore and would not have to worry about carrying aroud textbooks. Awesome idea!
I think this program is a great idea. We could have access to online text books as well as internet research information whenever we need it. The computers will also help students keep assignments more organized and help teachers grade papers quickly. This would also save the school money by saving paper. I think this would advance the schools use of technology giving students knowledge for long term success.
i would love that.. half of the time we need computer with the work we do.. and most of the time our computers at school dont even work or something is wrong with them so nothing gets done
