A man named Cesar Sayoc is currently in custody for being suspected of being involved with the 12 mail bombs sent to famous democrats and non-Trump supporters. Sayoc was found in Florida earlier Friday morning. The bombs were classified as pipe bombs, and they had been sent all over the country. On Monday the first bomb was found at the home of George Soros, then on Tuesday the second pipe bomb had been sent to Bill and Hillary Clinton which was found by the secret service. On the 24th of October 4 bombs were sent to individuals including Barack Obama, CNN which was addressed to John Brennan, Debbie Wasserman Schultz including Eric Holder, and the last two sent on Wednesday was sent to Maxin Waters. There were three sent on Thursday, and two found on Friday.

Do you think these bombs were meant to scare people, and if so why?
Opinion: I think these were meant to scare people and send some time of message, but it’s unbelievable with all the horrible things happening this just adds to the pile. I don’t understand why someone would want to scare people of things like this happening.
Question 2:
What would you do if you were close to someone that received one of the twelve pipe bombs?
Opinion: I would honestly call the FBI and leave the country for a while or go somewhere where nobody would know where I am at.

I mean they could have been meant to scare people we may never know. Maybe it was to really hurt people. It wasn't just a joke we all know that. Well I would call the police. I don't think you can call the FBI... I would tell them to leave the country or just leave the state. It depends on how serious this actually was.
I dont think anyone thought of this as a joke it is a bomb, so I would hope everyone would take this sort of thing very serious. I think it has to be a huge thing in order for the FBI to get involved, which it was so im glad they got involved.
I totally think the bombs were meant to scare people and pose as a threat. I think he wanted to make it national news and be cool. I would freak out and call high up people and make sure I lived in a safe environment. I would make sure everyone was safe. I hope this doesn't give a lot of people ideas to do this to democrats and non-trump supporters.
I think this guy must be crazy because he will get life now and people are becoming more and more scared of just going out in public. I would defintly make sure that people need to be safe when opening mail and getting around things that look suspicious.
I think sending bombs to people's houses is so dumb and very unnecassary. If they want people to know that they don't like someone then just say it. There is no need to send a bomb to their mailbox. It just gets you in trouble and causes a whole mess. It makes other Americans scared that it will happen to them. Even though it was only made to target specific people. People just need to think before they act. Think of the consequences of their actions. They need to think about who this action will all affect and if it would just be better to not do it in the first place. So many disasters or little mistakes that get brought up on the news could be avoided if they would just stop and think for a few minutes before carrying out with their plans.
Im suprised that like the post office didnt notice that these suspicious packages were being delivered I mean when I see the picture of one of the packages I knew it was something weird.
i dont think that they were ment to scare people i think that they were made to kill them. give them some space so that officals could help them find out who did it and why.

if I was close to someone that found bombs near there house I would get them out of the house and call the police and figure out what is going on and why someone is trying to hurt them
I have no idea why people dont think about the outcome of there actions because it really makes people scared to go out of there own home. I would to and take them to a safe place that nobody knew where they were so it cant be planned to kill them.
