  • I hope him and all there other who were with him there are never forgotten and that nobody ever makes the mistake if ignoring this type of thing and letting it happen all over again.

  • Thats sad that he died but its awesome that he lived so long. That amazes me that he went through Auschwitz and lived to be 108 years old.
  • I think that this is very sad i think that he will be greatly missed and he did a great thing by teaching the kids.

  • dang he is old! let alone he went through all of that in his life! Most of the nazi concentration camp survivors we see today were young kids at the time, but as a teacher!

  • I think that it is amazing that he lived to be so old, perhaps it was god's way of giving him back the time he lost while he was a prisoner at Auschwitz. It is so awful what happened to him and millions of others during hitlers reign and I have the utmost respect for this man and all others who went through that.

  • That is amazing that after all of that pain, they died at 108.  A long hard life, put to rest.

  • I hope he told a lot of people about about his experiences, but it would be awesome to live to be 108 years old.

  • He must have been strong not many people recovered from that experience. Well at least he is not in pain anymore.

  • I think that's great! our generation has been one of the lucky ones that have some of them that are still living and can share their stories with us. It will be sad when everyone of them passes away.

  • It is tragic what happened to the Jews during the Holocaust. To me, it seems like he did what he believed he should do. Teaching was his passion it seems like. He didn't quit just because he was ordered to. Obviously, we can see that he wasn't hurt or injured or killed during the war, but he was able to escape and live out the rest of his days.
