November 2nd, two Des Moines police officers were ambushed and killed while in their cars by the same person. Scott Greene of Des Moines walked up to the patrol car and fired over 15 shots at each officer, giving the men no time to draw there weapons and defend themselves... He then walked a few blocks down and shot the next officer. The first officer to be killed was Officer Martin, who had only joined the force a year ago, and the second was Sergeant Beminio, who was a veteran in the police force. Greene was kicked out of his house for domestic abuse earlier that day and he went and turned his rage on the police. He has been arrested for the killing of the two officers. Since then, 8 more officers have been killed across the US.

I think that he turned his rage towards the police because the justice system had just kicked him out of his house just hours prior, and he wanted payback or revenge against the law. There have been many attacks, in my opinion, because of the supposed injustice towards African Americans. Whether or not there is, people have taken action into their own hands to fix the problem.

I think he raged towards the police because he was mad that he got kicked out of his house earlier that day by the law and wanted payback. I think that there have been more shooting's recently towards cops because they have killed people including African Americans that were supposedly innocent.
I think it is because they kicked him out and he feels hurt and he wanted to take it out on someone. I also belive the more shootings of cops are because all of the killings that police officers are doing. LIke the killings of African Americans.

Also it was his own fault for his anger in the first place, because he shouldn't have been abusing people. I think there have been so many police shooting, because gangs and other people are acting out against racial inequality.

Right now there is a lot of violence between African Americans and police officers because of racial injustice. In my opinion, there have definitely been times where a police officer was not in the right and there have also been times when an African American was not in the right. That definitely does not mean that all police officers are racist or that all African Americans are violent.
he might have turned his rage to officers because at that time he might have not been himself at that time, and also the authorities have just kicked him out of his own house for whatever reason that's enough to make a man go mad. we have to consider the fact that our world is starting to feel like the system is being corrupted and they fell that they should take matters into their own hands. most people are having stand outs but spilling blood apparently is the best way to get the nation's attention. i really don't think the killing of officers have anything to do with race AT ALL but it's something to do with people wanting their voices to be heard. not saying that's the way to do it.
I really have no idea why he picked to kill officers, possibly because he wanted to be noticed for doing this. I think they might go after them because they see cops and non helpful and either racist or unfair.
I think in situations like this, people think there is no other option than to take it out on someone else, and that is exactly what this guy did. Also, I think all of the police shootings have kind of been retaliation due to the previous police brutality. I think people don't see that cops are there to really protect them anymore.
I think that society has been taught that when things don't go their way, they don't except that it is their fault rather it is the people's fault who had to deal with them.
People are crazy are blaming the police for things that are happening. People need to realize people they are killing are people are trying to help them and communities.
