Okay, so Ive been reafing on this, and its totally wrong for Obama to give Special benefits to states so they will pass the bill off to congress? what a joke! Personally, I think we as a country should vote on this because, well, we are the taxpayers, the ones that pay for this bill. It is wrong to give people bribes to sway them to their point o view and it should be unconstitutional for Obama to do that.

I agree the fact that the representatives are supposed to represent the people but they don't really listen to the people is ridiculous. And if the bill can't get passed without bribery than it can't be that good of a bill.
