After 20+ year in prison, O.J. Simpson was released from prison on parole. But after 12 years the tapes of O.J.'s trial have finally become viewable to the public. In the former NFL running backs interviews. He stated that he saw a man that he didn't recognize, but he had seen before. The man he was describing was Ron Goldman, who he later murder along with his ex-Wife Nicole. He also mentioned a friend named Charlie, who he stated handed him the murder weapon, (a knife). Where he stated that "As things got heated, I just remember Nicole fell and hurt herself and this guy kind of got into a karate thing. And I said, 'Well, you think you can kick my ass?' And I remember I grabbed the knife -- I do remember that portion, taking a knife from Charlie -- and to be honest after that I don't remember, except I'm standing there and there's all kind of stuff around and ..." Where he kept rambling on about the subject.

In my opinion he did deserve parole, just as everyone should (unless there wrong doing(s) have already been proven) its one of the many great principles of our justice system. "A defendant is innocent until proven guilty. In other words, the prosecution must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, each essential element of the crime charged."
I feel that the releasing of the trial tapes really doesn't matter, private, or public the tapes would have been released at some point, its inevitable. Also the releasing of the tapes wouldn't really have an effect on the actual case, due to it being mostly completed.
1. I believe that he does deserve parole because they have no solid proof that he did kill them. In the situation yes it does seem as though he murdered them but the scientist couldn't find anything to connect him to the murder.
2. I feel like it wasn't right or wrong. They were bound to come out eventually but it is just adding more stress and not helping his or anyone situation
I think that if Simpson was proven guilty for murder beyond a reasonable doubt he shouldn't have been up for parole. If there was doubt than parole should be allowed. Other factors such as his behavior while in prison should be taken into consideration as well. I think that the trial tapes should be open to the public so that people can know what happened and won't have questions. Trials are open to the public anyway so it shouldn't be a huge deal.
No I do not think he does because of what he did, it is something very wrong and he should be in prision for live because its murder and he did it. Maybe his health had something to do with it also so he needed help and after all these years he finally noticed what he did was wrong.
I don't think that he deserved it because he is obviously dangerous and I think that he is mentally unstable. I think that it was okay because the trial was already done so there's nothing they can do about it now.
I dont think He does because he killed people and who knows if he's going to do it again. I think it was ok to release the tapes because the whole country already knew what was going on maybe it could straighten things out more.
He should be kept in jail because he murdered many people and any person who murders someone should be in jail there whole life. People need to know what he did so they cant argue about it.
