We all know that North Korea has the missiles to fire at the the United States or any other countries for that matter. Trump supposedly has a bigger missile and is competing with North Korea, but I don't know if we have the missile power to fight off the new weapons that are being created and tested by the North Korean. The North Korean has a new missile containing anthrax and can possibly strike on the United States. They are testing to see if the anthrax can survive up to a certain heating point and recently it has reached up to 7,000 degrees and higher. Anthrax is a very dangerous weapon because it can withstand harsh conditions for a long amount of time. The missiles have been tested on Gruinard Island ( an island that has been closed off to the public since 1986 when they first started testing explosives there). Tokyo and many other countries are having a missile attack drill just incase North Korea decided to target them too.
1) If you were the ruler/ president how would you be handling this situation?
2) What kind of things would you personally be doing to get prepared for this (just incase)?
I would be having drills like Tokyo and trying to make peace will North Korea to protect my people. Personally I don't think there is anything I can do to be ready if a missile does strike other than just to live and make this life a good one. If anything I would go underground if North Korea fires the missiles.

Being such a complex and fragile issue, it's hard to really know what people would do in the president's situation. I think that Trump is trying a different aspect because nothing else has worked and it seems that it is doing something within the North Korean government. If I were in Trump's position, I feel as if I would attempt the same idea of trying something new and intimate North Korea.
This is time when the president needs to take this seriously otherwise someting bad might go wrong like the Hawaii incedent. It would be good if they had fallout shelter, food and water to prepare because you never know when something could.
If I were president I wouldn't ignore the problem or be too rash, I would find a stable common ground and play his game so nothing goes "Boom". If I had to prepare I would install a fallout shelter and plan rations for anyone who will for sure be in the shelter with me, but some might not want to live in a nucular wasteland (If North Korea's missles do actually work and assuming they have enough)
I would make sure everyone knew what to do in case of a missle strike. There isn't much you can do to prepare, I guess I would mentally preparing for the worst.
I think all we can do in this situation is hope for the best and prepare ourselfs and others. I agree about making peace but hopefully Kim Jong Un will change his mind and not try and target us. But that really seems unlikely with Trump provoking him with his "bigger button".
I would probably just deal with the problem personally and just attack North Korea. Their infrastructure and military are reletively outdated and weak. The conditions are terrible so I believe the collapse of this dictatorship would benefit the country overall.
Like get it over with so we attack first before they have time to attack us? But wouldn't all of the other North Korean people that didn't do anything wrong die too? You think North Korea will benefit if we attack first? I somewhat agree because why should we just wait around until they attack. We should attack first, but then the people will be dying and we really don't want to be the bad guys. You know? Killing tons of people just to take out their leader? I don't think thats a very good plan. But everyone has their own opinions! And yours is a good one.
I would try to fix the misunderstandings and make peace that is what we all seek, not a war, and wait for their answers, If it were to happen, i would just wait for everything to be fixed, and my family and I might leave the places, like the big cities, just to be safe.
Yes we don't want to provoke anything bad and send the world into nucular war over something that someone either said or did. Going somewhere rural is probably the next bet after going underground. I would have never thought of leaving big cites! Good Ideas!
