Pulling out your headphones and plugging them into your phone usually isn't something that takes a lot of though; you just plug them in. It might be a different story for a person buying the new iPhone 7 as it has no headphone jack. In order to use the usual and most commonly used headphones you will need an adapter the plugs in the the charging port. One of the biggest reason why Apple made this change in design is because it frees up space for other tech. Apple also thinks it will further their vision for better audio. Apple marketing chief Phil Schiller said what it really comes down to is "courage." When you purchase a new iPhone, instead of the traditional headphones with a jack, you get headphones that plug into the charging port. This can potentially be a huge inconvenience for people who have the regular iPhone.
In my opinion this was a stupid thing for Apple to do. I bet that people refrain from purchasing the new smartphone at first because of all of the changes but eventually Apple will make it more convenient to buy the new iPhone by cutting out a product that we use for our older phones.
Do you think this will have a positive or negative impact on the revenue Apple brings in? Why?
If it happens to impact Apple negatively, what do you think they will do with the iPhone after the 7?
Will you be getting the new iPhone? Why or why not?

Well done! Good story! Like the Titanic pic!
positive impact wireless head phones give you more mobility then cords would i also think that it wont be that big of a deal for people to charge there phone before playing music.I think they well make a new model with changes if people make a big deal over it.Ill probably end up getting it.
I think that it is a pretty dumb idea but people are dumb enough to buy it. It also makes us have to purchase more from apple because we have to buy the adapter to plug into listen to music. I think some people will support it, I think I will pass on the iphone 7.
I think this will have a negative impact on apple until they shut down the older phones because not everyone will want Bluetooth headphones or to plug their headphones into the charging port. I think apple would listen to the feedback from customers and add in a few things that the people want. I will not be getting the new Iphone because I already used my upgrade and I have an IPhone 6s so my phone shouldn't get shut down.
I think that it could at first have a negative impact on Apple's sales but over time it might become a success. It depends how the people get used to it. People don't like dramatic changes on stuff that already works. Apple might continue without the jack but I'm not sure. They'll probably come up with a another creative solution. I won't get the new iPhone 7 because I don't need a new phone right now. I might get it after a year or so if it's a good phone.
I think this is a negative impact because many people like to listen to music in their car with an aux. I think that they won't change it because they have to keep moving forward with better products. No, I will not be getting the new Iphone because I think it will be a waste of money.
I think that it was pretty stupid to do that, because now apple looses a lot of their supporters. First of all you can never charge your phone again while listening to music over your headphones only if you buy those expensive bluetooth headphones, which you will probably loose after a few weeks. The only thing that is good about the new IPhone is the fact that because of the removal of the headphone jack they could make the phone water resistant. I personally would not buy the new IPhone because I think it's simply unnecessary.
I really believe this could heavily go either way. I think there are people in the world that are so warped with technology and advancements that they will love this new feature. On the other hand, I think there are some people that like the traditional feel, and just the easy accessibility. I feel like people will also end up losing the adapter, so they'll just be out on another thing. I don't think I'll be getting the new iPhone because I don't have an upgrade soon, and I'll just let everyone else figure out the problems.
I agree, people will probably lose the adapter, thus giving people another reason to buy more Apple products. Apple is just manipulating people, but I really enjoy their products so I don't get too worked up about it.
I personally think this will have a huge negative impact because of the Bluetooth. Bluetooth is such a hassle to maintain will doing an activity because, the bluetooth will cut out. Also I think it will be difficult because I lose my cord headphones so how am I going to find just the ear buds?!?! I think if sells go down they will make a 8 with the headphone cords in them.
