Lately there have been multiple NFL teams that have been getting their first covid cases. The first team to have multiple cases was the tennessee titans who at first started with just nine cases but is now a total of 9 players and 9 personnel members. They were supposed to play the Pittsburgh steelers in week 4, but now the game is rescheduled for week 7. Multiple sources accused them of not following the covid protocol, but they have turned in all of the info that they need to to prove they followed the rules.
Just recently on Thursday the New England patriots quarterback Cam Newton tested positive for the virus. Also, Jordan Ta’amu on the Kansas City practice squad tested positive for the virus. It has been announced that this game will be played Monday night instead of on sunday at 3:25 pm.
I personally believe that they made the right decision for the Titans vs Steelers game. However, I think that the Patriots vs chiefs game should be moved to a later date. It also makes me wonder how much exposure the chiefs quarterback had with the rest of the player because he was just on the practice squad. Maybe it is possible he doesn’t have much exposure and that is why they are still playing monday. I also believe that if players test negative and if their is no proof that they were around the person on the team that has it then they shouldn't have to quarntine.
Do you think that the NFL made the right decision?
Do you think that all of these players should be quarantine even if they test negative?

Good topic choice Gunner. Be sure to stay away from yes and no questions as it limits discussion. Also, be sure to always check back on Thursday afternoon or evening and reply on three different days.
I think that I would have done the same thing in their situation. It is better to be temporarily inconvenienced than to have everyone blame them for a new coronavirus outbreak. They need to keep themselves as innocent as possible so that if things go awry they are protected, and they will not be as affected.
Yes, I believe the NFL made the right decision by rescheduling the games becasue the virus could easily spread from one team to the other. If this was the case, the whole NFL season could be cancelled. I think they should quarantine even if they are negative because they could show symptoms days after they were exposed.
I agree because if one team that has only one case passes it to another team and ruins their seaosn it wpuld suck. I also agree because I don't think that it will tkae a whole lot for the entire season to be cancelled really fast.
I do believe the NFL made the right decision in rescheduling the game. I am a Steelers fan and I do not want them to get COVID then have to sit out games. The Steelers are 3-0 so far. I think we have a chance to do good this season and I do not want COVID to jeopardize it. I do not think they should have to quarantine even if they tested negative.
I agree with you kemper because I would be very mad if my favorite team had to quarntine and I couldn't watch them play.
I agree that they are smart now because more than likely it will help their health in the long term.
Yes because the covid is being spread so easily now and its not as safe as it used to be. People could get infected and get sick. Yes because they could eventually test positive with continued exposure to the virus.
I agree wiht you Kris because the virus is so easily spread and if just one person gets it it could ruin the whole team.
