On August 27, 2018, President Trump fufiled one of his promises from his 2016 campaign. By replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA), in this agreement the President has limited Mexico's ability to steal US jobs by under compensating employees. President Trump will also focus on renegotiating the current trade deal with Canada. Up until now, Canada has refused to discuss new trade agreements with the US, but the new trade deal with Mexico is making them reconsider because of their unfair levies on American goods. This new deal will also most likely bring the European Union and China to the table for nogotiations.

Yes and no, it could have a positive influence on jobs and bringing better jobs back to the US. On the other hand, the increase in manufacuring prices would most likely increase the cost of goods.

I think it could both help and hurt the economy because it incrises jobs and puts more of the manufacturing in America, but it will also raise the prices of most items. I think that it could help him a little, but with everything that Trump has done so far and what is yet to come might have a bigger impact.
There are both pros and cons of replacing NAFTA. The United States would have more job opportunities, and it would keep manufacuring in America. But by doing this, prices will rise because tariffs are higher in other countries. And yes I do think that by executing the tasks that Trump promised will positivly effect Trumps re-election. Because americans will know that whatever he says he is going to do that he will actally do that.

I hope so and in the long run this could benfit us very well. Its a bad thing that tariffs are higher with China, but it opens a new door to an oppurtunity like this. I dont know I know that a lot of people arent a fan of Trump, but everyone only looks at the bad things of his presidency and honestly thats unfair.
I agree that Trump is Being looked at for his wrong doings but some of the things that he has done to "help" could very well make things worse.
