New Orleans Saints player Will Smith was killed in a shooting over the weekend and was killed. smith was involved in an earlier rear end accident and drove off witch was shown in security footage from near buy business. This was believed to be the reason of the shooting. The shooter Cardell Hayes was latter charged with 2nd degree murder

I think that Smith driving away provoked the shooter. Smith shouldn't have driven away, but shooting him was not the solution. I think it's highly likely that he would still be alive if he hadn't driven away. I think 20 years in jail would be a sufficient punishment.
I think if he stayed there then nothing bad would have happened and help could have came faster. I think maybe 20 years or longer.

Smith shouldn't have driven away after hitting Hayes, but Hayes should not have shot and killed Smith. Hayes deserves how every many years the normal sentence is fora 2nd degree murder charge, maybe 20- 30 years.
