At the begging of September 2019 Apple anounced its brand new iphone coming out. The iphone 11 with a improved camera and a bigger size that would replace its older version the iphone x the iphone 11 is set to be release in semptember 20 of this year. but what really surpriced people is its new price at $699 nothing alike like the iphone x that was $1,000 when it first came out. with just a few new features added for example an upgraded battery life that will last longer than the old version and a higher cpu for gaming, But it doesn't really have a big difference from the iphone x. i think the reason they lower the price is so they can sell more iphones to have a succesful release.

I think it's because more people would be willing to upgrade this way, especially since new phones come out so often, some people may have stopped bothering going for the newest upgrade, especially with the usually steep prices. I also would not get the new iphone because I don't like iphones and I have no reason to get a new phone even though mine is older.
I agree that they probably lower the prices so they can sell more of them, and if they do, then they could even higher the prices as they go. Personally, I wouldn't buy the Iphone right as it came out because in a few months, the prices would lower, and I could get a much better deal for the same phone.
They might of done it because they thought about how their other phone was too high priced for many people. Then if they put the price down they could also sell many more. Yes, i think it is a good price for a new phone if you really needed one. If you like the new features of it too then it would be good.
So they can sell more and make a larger profit and bring there sails up. I probably would because it is affordable and they might raise the price after the release.
I think they did that so more average people can afford it and they could probably sell more and it will be benifical to have more sales. I probably will buy a new one when my update is due.
They most likely lowered the price so more people will buy it right away but after a while they will most likely mark up the price of the phone becuase people won't be lining up to get it. I wouldn't buy the new phone becuase I have the iphone xs so I wouldn't go buy another phone.
so then they could sell more of the iPhone 11 and more and likely get more money and throw out the iPhone x which would be a waste. I don't think I would buy the iPhone 11 for 700 dollars because its a little expensive for me.
I agree with you Jackson, I think Apple found out that more people will buy it if they lower the price and they will more than likey make more money than the Iphone X launch because that cost $300 dollars more than this new phone.
Yes, I have an Iphone and the next time I get an upgrade I'm sure I will get the latest Iphone 11.
I think the reason they lower the price is just for competion against companies such as Samsung because those companies are doing things trying to overtake apple so Apple would decide to lower the price to take advantage. I would wait until I need a new phone instead of buying one right away especially if I don't need it.
