A drug can knock out cancer cells has just been approved, but this is just to metastatic breast cancer. It's a new therapy for women with HER2-positive Breast cancer. The treatment is called Kadcyla, it delivers the drug to where the cancer is and then it shrinks the tumor. This treatment will cost about 98 hundred dollars a month, which is about the same as the cost for other treatments. The company plans on having a assistance program for those without health insurance or reached lifetime limit.
This is really amazing that they have a treatment for this type of breast cancer. Maybe if people raise a lot more money we can find a cure this all types of cancer. I am very glad that this is going out to patients like now. That assistance program is very smart we want to help people not turn them away. Your thoughts?

That's amazing! I hope they can apply this to other types of cancer. I have also heard that there is a company who found a treatment that effectivly kills certain cancers , but it hasn't been federally aproved yet.

This is fantastic! If they're getting closer and closer to a cure, even for just one specific cancer, it's a huge stepping stone. Who knows how many doors this could open up if there are no long term or unusually bad side effects?
